Shipping Info

We ship fast! Orders typically ship next business day by USPS. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your product ships.

Each order is subject to availability. If an item on your order is unavailable, we will reach out via email. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Domestic Shipping: Delivery to contiguous US locations is generally 5 to 7 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times of third party shippers and are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by late deliveries or lost packages.

Canada Shipping: Orders shipped to Canada are subject to import and associated fees to be paid at time of delivery. Please reference International Shipping for more information.

International Shipping: Any orders that ship to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to import fees such as taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and VAT fees levied by the destination country. These fees are outside of our control and we are not able to estimate them in advance.

The recipient of the package is responsible for payment of any associated import fees at the time of delivery. If the fees are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and unpaid import fees.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified after they are processed. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to help@ruleswork.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we may not be able to change or cancel your order before it ships. If your order already shipped, our normal return policy will apply.

 

Return Policy

IMPORTANT! Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. We take special care to safely and accurately package your items for the trip. Still if you open your package and find items are broken or missing, contact us right away for a hassle-free replacement. 

Damaged or broken: Once identified, promptly notify us of damaged or broken products. Please send an email explaining the damage to help@ruleswork.com and, when possible, attach a photo of the broken item(s). Your email must be received within 15 days of the order date to qualify for a fully paid replacement.  

Missing or incorrect: In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly, please email us at help@ruleswork.com to let us know as soon as possible. Once we confirm what is missing or incorrect, we will ship the product(s) at no cost to you.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): To return a product for any reason, you must email us at help@ruleswork.com to obtain an RMA. All returns must be clearly marked with the RMA number assigned and received by us within 30 days of the RMA issuance. Any returns received without an RMA number will be returned to sender. 

Refunds: Products returned with the assigned RMA number and within the time allowed will be given a full refund unless an exchange is prearranged. Shipping charges associated with the order are not refundable. Refunds due will be processed within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
